How it runs
A chair sits at each elbow to represent help defenders. Player drives at the chair, jump stops and skips the ball to a shooter in the opposite corner who catches and shoots.
Coaching points
Skip pass over the top, not around the side. Shooter steps into the catch with both feet.
Scoring
A skip pass that forces the shooter to move their feet does not count.
